21individual who is not a licensed well driller or a registered drilling rig operator may
22only engage in well drilling a well or heat exchange drillhole only if the individual
23is under the supervision of a licensed well driller or a registered drilling rig operator
24who is on the site of the well drilling.

1280.15 (4) Work on own real estate. No person individual is required to obtain
2a registration or license under this section for driving, digging or otherwise obtaining

5done on the well or heat exchange drillhole shall comply with the law and the rules
6promulgated by the department.

21certified individual is not required to be present during the filling or sealing.
